A preliminary drawing, detailing a dwarf that has been playfully tossed into the air  by CS Lewis' great lion, Aslan. Painted in 1991 as part of a demonstration for art students, 'Aslan and the Dwarf' is a hypothetical cover for CS Lewis' The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian.
